曹毅：男，1967年3月出生，教授，医学博士，注册核安全工程师，苏州大学卫生毒理学系主任。中国毒理学学会遗传毒理学专业委员会委员、神经毒理学专业委员会委员、中国生物医学工程学会电磁生物学专业委员会委员、中国中西医结合学会时间生物学专业委员会委员、江苏省毒理学会常务理事、江苏省毒理学会放射毒理学专业委员会副主任委员、江苏省预防医学会卫生毒理学专业委员会委员。1990年毕业于南京大学生物学系，获理学学士学位。1990年起在中国辐射防护研究院从事放射医学研究工作，2003年起在苏州大学从事教学和科研工作。参加工作以来，主要从事毒理学和放射医学方面的科研工作，曾多次赴国外进修工作，曾在国际原子能机构任技术官员。先后主持和参与了多项IAEA课题、国家自然科学基金课题、973课题、江苏省重点实验室开放基金等课题。获核工业科技进步三等奖1项。以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇，核心期刊论文40余篇，主编专著3部，参编专著4部，参编国家统编建材6部。从事放射性工作人员核安全和辐射防护培训、建设项目职业安全评价等社会服务项目。目前从事的主要研究领域：辐射毒理学、卫生毒理学。
Cao Yi，Professor, Ph.D., registered nuclear safety engineer, director of toxicology department，School of public health in Soochow University, member of Chinese Society of Genetic Toxicology, Chinese Society of Neurotoxicology，executive director of the Jiangsu Provincial Society of Toxicology, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Society of Radiological Toxicology. He graduated from department of biology, Nanjing University in 1990. He did scientific research in China Institute for Radiation Protection（CIRP）since 1990. From April 2003, he worked in Soochow University. He has worked in International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA) as a Professional Officer from 1997 to 1999. He has visited some scientific researching institutes and universities in Japan, USA and Italy in the past years. He has presided over and participated in some IAEA research projects, National Natural Science Fund project, 973 subject, Jiangsu Key Laboratory Open Fund and so on. He has won the prize of science and technology progress of nuclear industry. He has published more than 20 SCI scientific research papers and 3 scientific book in the past years. He has engaged in nuclear safety and radiation protection training for radioactive workers, occupational safety assessment project. At present，his main research areas are radiation toxicology and health toxicology.
