秦立强（1970.3-），男，江苏建湖人，教授，博士生导师。公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生教研室主任。留学日本（1999.10-2005.3, 2005.11-2007.11）和美国（2008.12 – 2009.4）。主要从事营养相关性疾病的研究。获日本学术振兴会、国家自然科学基金（No. 81472974、81273067、30771808）等资助。在J Am Coll Cardiol、Diabetes Care、Am J Clin Nutr等国际知名学术期刊上以第一作者（通讯作者）发表SCI论文五十余篇，单篇最高影响因子17.76，高被引论文一篇。入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年教师培养对象（2008年）和中青年学术带头人培养对象（2014年），省科协认定首席专家。所指导硕士研究生获省优秀硕士论文奖。获中国营养学会杰出青年奖（2015年）、苏州市科技进步三等奖、苏州大学周氏教育科研奖，陈金荣生命科学英才奖。是苏州大学东吴学者，中国营养学会理事、江苏省营养学会常务理事，江苏省预防医学会理事、江苏省环境诱变剂学会理事，卫生研究、Enviromtnal Health and Preventive Medicine编委等。
Li-Qiang Qin (1970.3-) is professor and dean of Depatment of Nutrition and Food Hginen, School of Public Health. He ever studied in Japan (1999.10-2005.3, 2005.11-2007.11) and USA (2008.12-2009.4). His major is the research on nutrion-related disease. Under the suppoted by JSPS and NSFC (No. 81472974, 81273067, 30771808), he has published more than 50 papers in journals such as J Am Coll Cardiol, Diabetes Care and Am J Clin Nutr. Among these papers, the highest score of impact factor was 17.76 and one paper was listed in highly cited paper. He isthe number of outstanding young teachers (2008) and young academic leaders (2014) of ‘Blue Project’ of Jiangsu Province. The student he directed was outstanding master thesis winner. He gained Chinese Nutrition Society (CNS) distinguished youth award, and Suzhou scientific and technical progress third proze. He is also Soochow scholar of Soochow University, board member of CNS and Jiangsu Nutrition Society, Jiangsu Preventive Medicine Association, and editor of Journal of Hygiene Research, and Enviromtnal Health and Preventive Medicine.
