1.环境化学物发育毒性。采用斑马鱼胚胎和人胚胎干细胞等模型,研究大气PM2.5及全氟化合物等环境化学物心脏发育毒性的分子机制。
2.芳香烃受体(AHR)在环境化学物及临床药物心脏毒性中的作用机制。
