研究方向:

基于人群队列,开展类风湿关节炎相关生物标志物(表观遗传、遗传效应、易感蛋白和外泌体等)的筛选和病因机制研究,为疾病早期预防和精准治疗提供科学依据。研究内容包括:(1)类风湿关节炎相关流行病学研究;(2)类风湿关节炎相关血浆外泌体的临床诊断价值和治疗效果评估;(3)多组学整合分析鉴定类风湿关节炎相关的表观遗传与遗传效应标志物。
