柯朝甫，医学博士，苏州大学公共卫生学院副教授，研究生导师，江苏省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师。医学大数据和人工智能分析平台DataAnalyst（https://medata-ai.github.io/DataAnalyst）的设计与开发负责人。担任中国初级卫生保健基金会医学统计公益基金专业委员会常务委员、中国系统工程学会医药系统工程专业委员会委员、江苏省老年医学学会临床流行病学与疾病预防分会委员、江苏省预防医学会卫生统计专业委员会青年委员、苏州市预防医学会流行病学专业委员会委员，担任BMC medicine、Chest、American journal of public health、Journal of cachexia, sarcopenia and muscle等国际权威SCI期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等基金项目，入选江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程（卫生健康领域），以第一或通讯作者在Chest、BMC medicine、American journal of epidemiology、Statistics in medicine、International journal of cancer等期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇，相关研究成果获省部级自然科学二等奖。
