柯朝甫，医学博士，苏州大学公共卫生学院副教授，研究生导师，江苏省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师。医学大数据和人工智能分析平台DataAnalyst（https://medata-ai.github.io/DataAnalyst）的设计与开发负责人。担任中国医药教育协会行为流行病教育工作委员会常务委员、中国初级卫生保健基金会医学统计公益基金专业委员会常务委员、中国系统工程学会医药系统工程专业委员会委员等。主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等基金项目，入选江苏省科协青年科技人才托举工程（卫生健康领域），以第一或通讯作者在Thorax (2025)、American Journal of Epidemiology (2024)、Nature Communications (2024)、Statistics in Medicine (2023)、Chest (2023 & 2022)、BMC Medicine (2022)等期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇，以第一发明人授权发明专利2项，相关研究成果获省部级自然科学二等奖。
